Materials
Our jewellery is made with Silver 950, and some larger models in brass, such information is in the description of each piece. Our 18k Gold plate is 20 thousandths, considered the best bath(?!) and of excellent durability.
We only use cut or rough natural stones, so they can vary in colour, texture and have visible veins that are common in natural stones, this does not mean they are broken or cracked.
Like stones, all of the pearls we use are also natural, and as they are organic gemstones, they can also vary in colour and shape.

Exchanges and returns
If you wish to exchange or return your item, you may request it within 7 calendar days after receiving the item, according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Just send us an email to [email protected] with the order number and the reason for the exchange/return. The product must be returned in the original packaging, with the guarantee and without any signs of use. Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the item using the same payment method as the item was purchased. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned because before we manufacture them, we arrange all the details by email or WhatsApp, please be certain of the size of your finger and your order.
How to take care of your jewelry. ​
You will receive a handcrafted and delicate piece, made with high quality materials, so it should be cared for with lots of love. Silver undergoes a natural chemical oxidation process that causes it to darken. This happens with greater or lesser intensity depending on the skin's PH and the care you have with your jewelry. Avoid contact with sea water, perfume, cream, soap, heat, steam, chlorine, detergent, sweat or any other type of chemical. Such products damage silver and especially gold plating. Natural stones and pearls are fragile materials and can break or scratch with impact or friction. ​Beware of Stones and Pearls: Both are naturally fragile materials, avoid knocking, dropping them on the floor, keeping your piece together with others, such actions can crack or even break these elements. Chemicals can change the color of pearls, taking away their shine. ​Clean with dry flannel or warm water and mild soap. Store your jewelry separate from others to avoid scratches. We offer repair services with prior budget approval, freight charges are the customer's responsibility.
Deadlines and shipping.
Each piece has a specific production period that is stated in its description in the online store. As we are a small brand, we produce our jewelry on a small scale and we value the philosophy of "Slow fashion" that goes against the appealing immediacy of today's large industries. Absolutely everything is handmade by professionals and competent artisans who do it with great love and care. Custom parts.
You can customize or order a piece with your favorite stone, or change some details as an option for baths and finishes, for this, send us an email to [email protected] or a message through instagram. The piece will only be produced with the prior approval of the customer and upon payment of 40% of the same as a down payment. The delivery time depending on the complexity can be up to 30 or 40 working days. Payment methods.
